Responsibilities

• Manage and operate social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Conduct research for social media and content marketing initiatives
• Develop content pillars for all social media channels
• Prepare account growth and performance reports for both company and clients
• Plan and execute viral content marketing strategies
• Apply project management methodologies and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks
• Identify risks and constraints throughout the project lifecycle
• Create project schedules, work plans, and performance evaluations
• Monitor project progress and costs
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends
• Utilize tools and software to drive social media growth
• Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining clear communication
